In development
One inbox for every customer conversation.
Sills is a customer communication platform for small businesses. It brings WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger and email conversations into a shared inbox so teams can manage customer replies, contacts and shared files.
- Facebook Messenger
Sills is still being built. There is no public sign-up yet; early access is by invitation while we finish channel approvals with Meta.
Features
What works today, and what is still on the roadmap. We would rather be clear about the difference than promise more than the product does.
Available in early access
-
Early access
Shared team inbox
Messages from every connected channel land in one list. New conversations arrive unclaimed; whoever is free claims one, helping your team avoid duplicate replies.
-
Early access
Customer profiles and conversation history
Every person who messages you gets a contact record with their past conversations across channels, so your team has the context before they reply.
-
Early access
Team invitations and roles
Invite staff by email. Admins connect channels and manage the workspace; agents see only the inboxes they are given and simply answer customers.
-
Early access
Saved replies and attachments
Send and receive photos, documents and other files inside a conversation, and insert saved replies from the composer for the questions you answer every day.

Attachment Hub
One place to find every file a customer has shared with you or you with them, across all of their conversations, instead of scrolling back through chat history.
-
Planned
AI assistance
Suggested replies and conversation summaries to help your team answer faster. Not in the product yet, and no customer conversation data is used for AI today.
-

Mobile app
A native app for answering from your phone. Until then Sills is a web application that works in a mobile browser.
Channel integrations
| Channel | Status | What that means |
|---|---|---|
| Email (IMAP/SMTP) | Early access | Working. Connect any mailbox with its IMAP and SMTP details, including Gmail and Microsoft 365 with an app password. |
| WhatsApp Business | In testing | Built and working on our own test accounts. Other businesses cannot connect until Meta completes Business Verification and App Review for the Sills app, which is in progress. |
| In testing | ||
| Facebook Messenger | In testing | |
| Email forwarding | Planned | Forward support@ to a Sills address with no mailbox password to enter. Not available yet. |
How it works
Sills does not replace your messaging accounts. It connects to the ones your business already owns and shows their conversations in one place.
-
Connect your business messaging accounts
Link your WhatsApp Business number, Instagram professional account, Facebook Page or support email address. Each connection requires the business owner, or someone they have authorised, to approve it. For WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger you sign in with Meta and grant Sills access; Sills never sees your Meta password, and you can revoke access from your Meta settings at any time. For email you enter your mailbox's IMAP and SMTP details, which are stored encrypted. WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger are open to other businesses once Meta's review of the Sills app is complete.
-
Invite your team
Add staff by email and choose which inboxes each person can see. They set their own password and are ready to answer.
-
Manage conversations through Sills
Read, claim and reply from the shared inbox. Replies go out on the channel the customer used, so they see your message in WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger or their email as usual.
What it looks like
The shared inbox, with conversations from several channels in one list and the customer's profile alongside the thread.
Company and contact
Sills is operated by Devel Codes LLC, based in Texas, USA. Questions about the product, early access, privacy or data deletion all go to the same monitored address, and a person replies.
For how we handle data, read the Privacy Policy. For how to delete your data, see data deletion.
